Jewelry Classes

At Longboat Key Center for the Arts our program for jewelry takes place in our state of the art studio. The jewelry studio is small and well equipped and ready for new comers as well as our on-going students.
Each student receives the attention needed to create pieces which they have designed with the assistance of one of our well experienced instructors.

We offer a beginning basics course to help the new student become familiar with the tools and equipment provided. At the other end of the spectrum, we have instruction for the more advanced student who wants to work in gold and alloy, the pure metal. Our goal is to provide individualized instruction including ancient and obscure techniques as well as demonstrations that will expand the student's knowledge and skills.
