Mind, Body, and Soul Classes    

Our program for Mind, Body & Soul reflects our desire to nurture the inner creative spirit as well as help people retain their sense of self, honor their body and spirit and open the door to their own creative nature. Our teachers are well versed in teaching others how to release stress, create flexibility, explore new horizons and expand their inner vision into reality.

Classes are open to all no matter what one's experience has been.

Research shows that we are actually at our most effective state when we are relaxed. Relaxing and toning your body is the first step toward a healthy mind. All of us tend to tense up during the day, constricting movements and making work and creativity more difficult. Yoga is a wonderful exercise to loosen up your muscles, joints, and free your mind by regaining your balance. Learn to relax, stretch and feel the rhythm of the earth. Let yourself and your creativity flow freely.
